Pools of Thought

Sometimes my thoughts fall and slip between the cracks in the pavement. Others swoop in the sky like birds, joining other thoughts, spiraling and twirling together, like the dancing murmurations of starlings.

I've started to really get into poetry, so I hope to share a lot more little scribbles like this in my creativity section.

If I'm going to be 'weird' about it then honestly I believe energy runs through me all the damn time, music changes the ebb and flow. It helps me discover something new within myself, it helps magnify emotions and feelings, I am constantly progressing and my music is a large part of who I am.

I think sometimes one of the most satisfying things in life is to turn something around, turning something used into something new, something tired into something lively, turning an old painting into a new one.

Mindflow

I painted it to the smell of fresh coffee from the cafetière, whilst sat on a cool flagstone facing the warm morning sunshine of southern France. The grass was covered in dew and the cool breeze floated through my loose shirt and caressed me.

Otherworldly

Isn't everything I need to live a happy, joyous, loving life already here, in my mind, waiting for my attraction to it?

I hope this inspires you to mess around and be creative with something, if so I want to know! I have so much fun messing about wherever my instinct takes me. Remember, it doesn't need to look 'good', it doesn't need to do anything.
